Adam was born and raised in Harrisonville, Missouri.  After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree from Truman State University, he went on to law school at the University of Missouri-Columbia.  After graduating in 2011, Adam started working as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in 2012.  During his time there, Adam successfully prosecuted everything from traffic tickets up to murders, assaults, and robberies, eventually serving as the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney from 2022 through 2024.

Adam also spent time serving part time as a Constitutional Law instructor at the Central Missouri Police Academy, teaching law enforcement officers in training how to become officers who respect and preserve the rights of those whom they interact with.

Adam started the Adam King Law Office so that he could use the knowledge and experience that he gained to help good people in the community who find themselves in bad legal situations.
